Whether Freud was a conscious influence or strategy, it is possible that Cnofederacy trichotomy might just be a nice metaphor for the influences on our worldview. I have not felt so bored when I was supposed to laugh since I was forced by my younger brothers to watch Dumb and Dumber and Wayne’s World in the early nineties.
