Human Physiology by Rodney A. Rhoades and Richard G. Pflanzer (2003, Hardcover, Revised)
The quiz questions at the end of each chapter are helpful, as are the different figures throughout the chapters, but if it weren’t for the seller I got it from, it would have been far too expensive. It’s not an easy read, but it’s required. What else are you going to do? I didn’t use mine much.
Great shape and good price! Also shipment was on time: No complaints really, the CD was included, but it was outdated, but that was not necessary. Even though this was considered a “Used” book, it was very clean, no bent pages, no stains, minimal highlighing. The book is well illustrated and well linked into case studies for medical students.
It appears that the book was focused for a medical students. The book is wonderful and easy to use, a sensational book on all other points. This book is boring and the illustrations are not amusing. We class found about 4 errors in this book, beware!
